Kagera Sugar Limited, is  Tanzania’s trusted name in sugar manufacturing industry since 1973. We are located near Bukoba Town, Kagera Region, in northwest Tanzania. We are proud of being the largest sugar producer in Tanzania, currently committed to produce an impressive 175,000 Tons of sugar annually.

Our growth is just a beginning — in next four years, we are set to increase production to 300,000 tons annually.

Our sugarcane cultivation spans 26,000 hectares of prime agricultural land,
and as part of our expansion plan, this will grow to 35,000 hectares within four years.
